When posting the link to your blog belongs in your signature file

Add the RSS Reader icons so that users can subscribe to your blog in their RSS Reader: 
Download the plugin at: http://www.twistermc.com/blog/chicklet-creator-plugin
Add most of them in the sidebar and make sure you at least add the main ones like yahoo, msn, Google, technorati etc

Next: Add an email subscription form to the sidebar of your blog.

Create a new campaign and add a ‘thanks for subscribing’ email that will get sent out right away. This is also a great place to recommend a product or website or
even some existing posts in your blog. See page 18 in bttb3 pdf file  Above the ‘Archives’ header place the autoresponder form code. Change the Get More Info to Keep Me Updated or Subscribe to This Blog etc
